Digital Convergence Technologies Inc. (DCT Inc) has announced a significant investment of ₹200 crore to establish a Global Capability Centre (GCC) in Madhya Pradesh. This initiative is a part of the company’s broader ₹700 crore expansion plan, unveiled at the Global Investors Summit (GIS) 2025, aimed at reinforcing India’s IT infrastructure and creating a robust technology ecosystem.
The move is set to generate 40,500 new job opportunities, positioning Madhya Pradesh as a burgeoning hub for technology-driven enterprises. With the recent launch of the Madhya Pradesh GCC Policy 2025, the state is fostering an innovation-friendly environment, attracting major corporate investments and enhancing local employment prospects.

A Strategic Leap Towards Comprehensive Tech Services
DCT Inc’s CEO, Vineet Dhawan, underscored the transformative impact of the new GCC Policy, “The dedicated GCC policy in Madhya Pradesh provides a strong foundation for companies like ours to offer advanced tech services from the state. This enables us to leverage the existing talent pool while driving innovation and operational excellence.”

Beyond traditional IT services, the GCC will focus on high-tech solutions, data operations, product development, artificial intelligence (AI), research & development, customer experience management, and human resource services. Dhawan emphasized that the new facility will serve as a one-stop enterprise solution for mid-sized companies seeking to optimize their technology operations without incurring heavy infrastructure costs.
