Bajaj Markets has appointed Anshuman Mishra as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). In this role, he will lead the company’s financial strategy, regulatory compliance, investor relations, and risk management, supporting its continued expansion in India’s financial services sector.

Anshuman brings over 20 years of experience in financial leadership, having previously served as Head of Finance at Bajaj Finserv Direct Limited for nearly seven years. He played a key role in shaping financial planning, budgeting, compliance, and working capital management during his tenure. Before that, as National Manager of Finance at Bajaj Finserv, he specialised in financial reporting, balance sheet management, and strategic planning.

Throughout his career, he has built expertise in corporate finance, taxation, and investor relations. He has held senior finance positions at Bajaj Allianz Financial Distributors Limited and Bajaj Financial Solutions Limited, overseeing financial operations and compliance. Earlier, he gained valuable experience in taxation, statutory audits, and financial feasibility analysis while working with Shah Khandelwal Jain & Associates, Kumar Urban Development Limited, and Bajaj Allianz General Insurance.

With a strong background in financial management and regulatory affairs, he is set to strengthen Bajaj Markets’ financial operations, ensuring sustainable growth and strategic financial planning in an evolving marketplace.
