Sprinklr, the platform for unified customer experience management (Unified-CXM), has announced Amitabh Misra as its new Chief Technology Officer (CTO), starting April 1, 2024. In his new role, Amitabh will lead Sprinklr’s global research and development (R&D) divisions, encompassing the product and engineering departments. Joining the Executive Leadership Team, Amitabh is set to contribute his profound passion for innovative technology to aid in Sprinklr’s ongoing expansion and development. Reporting directly to Sprinklr’s Founder and CEO, Ragy Thomas, he brings a rich history of creating expansive platforms for a diverse range of companies over a span exceeding two decades.

Amitabh’s most recent role was as the vice president of engineering at Adobe, where he managed a multinational R&D team spread across India, Europe, and the United States. This team comprised engineers, product managers, and AI/ML researchers dedicated to enhancing Adobe’s Experience Cloud Platform. Before Adobe, Misra served in significant positions such as CTO, chief architect, and head of engineering at Snapdeal.com, and was the founder and CEO of GOFro.com. He holds a BTech degree from IIT Kanpur and an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley.
