Altimetrik to acquire SLK Software By Kaanchi Chawla - 30 June 2025

Altimetrik announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire SLK Software, a move designed to expand its comprehensive technology services and enhance global customer engagement.

According to the company, the deal is scheduled to close in the second half of 2025.

Describing the transaction as a “strategic acquisition,” Altimetrik said it will integrate its AI-first, platform-native engineering approach with SLK’s broad technology services stack. This combination aims to accelerate enterprise platform modernization for clients worldwide.

Although the financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed, Altimetrik emphasized that the move will allow it to tap into SLK’s strong customer relationships, global delivery network, and experienced leadership team.

Upon completion, the combined organization is expected to serve over 150 enterprise customers globally. It will also collaborate closely with major technology partners, including OpenAI, AWS, Snowflake, and Databricks, to deliver cutting-edge solutions.

The new entity will boast a global workforce of more than 10,000 employees.
