LTM, the IT services company formerly known as LTIMindtree, and ServiceNow on 5 November 2026 announced a planned expansion of their partnership to scale agentic AI for enterprises. LTM, an Elite ServiceNow Partner with more than 700 joint customers, has already deployed 1,500 ServiceNow AI Agents across its own operations.
The two companies will pair the ServiceNow AI Platform with LTM’s domain, engineering and transformation teams to help clients move agentic AI from isolated pilots to governed, enterprise-wide use. The deal builds on LTM’s recent push to make global capability centres agentic by design through GCC Origin.
What does the LTM ServiceNow agentic AI partnership cover?
LTM will use its own transformation as a “client-zero” blueprint for customers. Its 1,500 AI agents form a digital workforce that works alongside employees in cybersecurity, HR, IT and project delivery, according to the ServiceNow press release.
- AI oversight: ServiceNow Super Intelligence Control Tower gives LTM a single system for its AI inventory and risk oversight.
- Expected gains: LTM expects up to an 80% improvement in AI asset management and efficiency.
- Faster reviews: ServiceNow tools are enabling up to 87% faster senior management review cycles at LTM.
- Joint go-to-market: lessons from LTM’s deployment will shape joint solutions for the 700-plus shared customers.
“Our expanded partnership with ServiceNow will help enterprises move agentic AI from experimentation to meaningful business impact,” said Krishnan Iyer, Chief Growth Officer, LTM.
Every AI agent is a new identity
Kulmeet Singh Bawa, GVP and Managing Director, ServiceNow India, framed governance as the central problem. “Every agent is a new identity with enterprise access, and most companies can’t say where their agents are, what they’re doing, or who’s accountable,” he said, adding that the control tower gives LTM visibility and control over its agents.
That concern matches recent findings. The TCS Enterprise AI Study found that only 10% of enterprises let AI agents act without human approval, while India’s cyber agency has issued AI security audit rules with six-hour incident reporting that call for permission limits and kill switches for autonomous agents.
Why it matters for Indian CIOs
Indian IT services firms are racing to package agentic AI governance as a service. HCLTech brought AI agents to mainframe operations this week, and Indian IT majors are betting on policing AI agents as clients scale up. LTM’s pitch is that it has already run 1,500 agents internally, giving CIOs a tested reference rather than a slide deck.
Key takeaways
- LTM and ServiceNow will jointly build and sell governed agentic AI solutions to more than 700 shared customers.
- LTM runs 1,500 ServiceNow AI Agents internally and expects up to 80% better AI asset management.
- Agent identity, visibility and accountability are now the main hurdles to enterprise-wide agentic AI.
